Product failures at TerraKoat International are virtually non-existent. You read that correctly. We have never had a single product fail. Not one not EVER!! Commitment to quality is what dictates our return policy. Once a product leaves our facility the chain of custody is broken. Accepting returns would mean we could no longer say with 100% certainty that the contents of a product meets out strict quality standards. We ask that you double check your measurements and calculations to make sure you are ordering the correct amount of product needed. Once an order has been put into production it can not be canceled or returned. All sales are final.
As noted on the ordering page making a purchase from this website stands as an acknowledgment that you have read, understand and agree with the return policy noted above. The Terrakoat International return policy noted on this page overrides any and all other documents regarding any purchase or intent to purchase products from TerraKoat International. This includes but is not limited to terms noted on customer provided purchase orders or other customer provided terms and conditions related to orders placed on this website. In special circumstances such as orders being lost or damaged in transit, a return or cancellation may be accepted in exchange for a credit towards a future purchase. Eligibility to receive a credit for future purchases is at the sole discretion of TerraKoat International.
MATERIAL STORAGE
Will call orders and orders on hold will be stored for a maximum of 30 days at no charge. After 30 days a storage fee equal to 5% of the total purchased price will be added to the total order cost and must be paid prior to pickup or delivery. TerraKoat International is not responsible for orders left for more than 90 days.
Orders not picked up or stored for a period greater than 90 days are considered abandoned. The buyer is responsible to pay for any and all disposal costs associated with the disposal of abandoned orders. Disposal fees not to exceed 5% of the total order value. It is the buyers sole responsibility to keep track of time frames associated with stored material.
